By creating a Healthyish account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 18 years old.
Healthyish is not medical advice
Healthyish provides general nutrition information and educational context. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and it does not tell you your personal risk of any condition. Scores compare your logged eating patterns to published population-level reference points from bodies such as the WHO and USDA — nothing more.
Calorie, macro and portion figures estimated from photos are approximate and can be wrong. Do not rely on the app for medical, clinical or dietary treatment decisions. Always talk to a physician or registered dietitian about a health concern, before changing your diet if you are pregnant, managing a condition such as diabetes or heart disease, or taking medication. Call your local emergency number in an emergency.
If you are struggling with disordered eating, calorie tracking can be harmful. In the US, the National Alliance for Eating Disorders helpline is 1-866-662-1235.
Your account
Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not upload content you have no right to upload, and do not attempt to break, scrape or overload the service.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the price shown at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same interval and price until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the profile screen. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- If a free trial is offered, we tell you its length and price before you start it, and it converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Statutory refund and cancellation rights, including under California's automatic renewal law, are not affected.
Group calls and community features
Group calls are general nutrition education for a group audience, not personal dietary counselling and not a therapeutic relationship. Do not share information about others that you are not entitled to share.
Your content
You keep ownership of your photos and logs. You grant us a limited licence to store and process them solely to operate the app for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability and changes
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — material changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healthyish is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on information in the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
